The soul purpose of “THE STEAK HOUSE” Executive Chef, Kazuaki Iwamoto’s decision to come to the US was to introduce true Japanese Kobe Beef to the people of Los Angeles, CA.

He first began his mastering of the culinary arts 15 years ago as an Assistant Sous Chef in Japan and later moved on to work at a highly proclaimed five star Japanese steak house conglomerate as a Head Chef for 10 years.

The combination of delicate Japanese Kappo style techniques and smooth preparations will sure to please all that sit at his table.
If not his experience, his personal friendship with Master Chef Honda at 5 Star French Restaurant, in major Las Vegas hotel, should be proof that he is a man with true skill and talent.
